The idea for The Pop In Concierge was born out of necessity—my own! I went through four major surgeries all alone and I remember thinking every single time, “Am I going to be able to do this by myself?”

I didn’t need expensive 24/7 nursing or a transitional care facility—I just needed help with the everyday things. I did have family and friends, but they all had responsibilities, jobs, families -I couldn’t expect them to put their lives on hold til I was on my feet again.

I also realized the emotional relief I felt the moment someone walked through the door—it was knowing I wasn’t alone in this.  With many years of experience in both healthcare and hospitality, I have seen that emotional relilef wash over my clients faces many times.
